Long, long ago (2014).....on a cold winter evening around the dining room table while enjoying a traditional South African Potjiekos (a meal prepared for all guests in a big cast iron pot) some comments were "Too Salty" ... "Not enough spices"  ... "I do not eat meat", etc. We then realised the need for individual Pots where every guest can prepare his very own favourite potjie where NOBODY COMPLAINS ABOUT THE FOOD and still enjoy the POTJIE EXPERIENCE, preparing your own meal, having a GREAT CULLINARY EXPERIENCE with FRIENDS AND FAMILY, enjoying the BEST SELF MADE MEAL EVER.
